There’s more to bitcoin-powered finance than Strategy

Bitcoin is increasingly reinforced by traditional finance.

It’s clearly paradoxical and odds are it’s only going to get messier. But then again, Bitcoin is a Trojan horse, in more ways than one.

Give us the one thing more valuable than BTC: your opinion.

We’ve put together a quick form to help us get to know you and understand what matters most — what you want more of, less of, and whether our content is hitting or missing the mark.

And, if you complete the survey, you'll get entered for a chance to win some bitcoin merch to show off your love of BTC this summer.

Bitcoin is about to see a major innovation on the Michael Saylor playbook.

“ With Jack Mallers going from Strike to 21 Capital, his thesis is that 21 is going to be an operating company that releases Bitcoin products, then makes money on the products and invests that in bitcoin,” Pete Rizzo, the Bitcoin Historian, said on this week’s Supply Shock podcast.

“But you're gonna see all stripes. Strive would be an example, the Vivek Ramaswamy group. They're gonna go out and acquire companies that are cash flow positive. So they're raising money, they're gonna buy those companies and then they're gonna put the cash flows and those companies into bitcoin.”

That’s already three different models: Strategy’s supersizing via corporate market structure; 21 Capital’s establishment of an operating business while doubling as a proxy for capital investors; and Strive’s quest for acquisitions.

“You're just gonna see every different variation of that,” Rizzo said, and by that point, the bitcoin market would be in full swing. Catch the rest of today’s episode on YouTube, Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
